In the dosument and notes general letters, faxes and notes for a contact are created and stored hierarchically. The following additional functions are available for this navigation point:

When creating a new entry a title is to be entered that can be used in subject line of letters and for simple finding in the list view. New entries can be a note, a letter or a fax. A note is a simple text field. When selecting letter or fax, an additional selection has to be made to choose a document template that was first created in the text template administration. This can be a simple template that only contains the contact address. For recurrent letters it's useful to create a complete pre-formulated sample template that can be chosen here.
